Key Responsibilities :
System Administration :
Install, configure, and maintain Linux-based servers and workstations.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and reliability.
Technical Support :
Provide L1 / L2 / L3 support to internal teams or customers for Linux-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems.
Troubleshooting and Debugging :
Analyze system logs and error messages to identify and resolve issues.
Manage incident escalations and collaborate with other teams for timely resolution.
Server Management :
Perform upgrades, patches, and regular system updates.
Ensure backup and recovery processes are operational and tested regularly.
Automation and Scripting :
Develop and maintain shell scripts or other automation tools to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Security and Compliance :
Implement security best practices and conduct regular vulnerability assessments.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Documentation :
Create and maintain technical documentation, including installation guides, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles.
Collaboration :
Work closely with DevOps, development, and QA teams to resolve deployment or integration issues.
