Project Manager PMP Certified

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (PMP Certified) to lead and manage projects across their lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning executing monitoring and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time within scope and within budget. This role requires strong leadership stakeholder management and problemsolving skills to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning & Execution : Define project scope objectives and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop and manage project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation.
• Risk & Issue Management : Identify potential risks develop mitigation strategies and proactively address project challenges to avoid delays.
• Stakeholder Communication : Act as a liaison between teams clients and leadership to ensure alignment clarity and timely decisionmaking.
• Agile & Waterfall Methodologies : Apply appropriate project management frameworks based on project needs balancing Agile and traditional approaches.
• Performance Monitoring : Track project progress create reports and ensure milestones are met using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Process Improvement : Continuously assess project management processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and quality.
• Vendor & Resource Management : Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution and delivery of project requirements.
• Compliance & Documentation : Maintain proper project documentation adhere to organizational policies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
