This position involves working with customer and product data, defining data policies, and managing data governance within the Nursing & Health Education (NHE) department.ResponsibilitiesEnsure the quality and consistency of data across systems.Collaborate with data stewards and the data governance community.Define and implement data policies.Manage data governance processes.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience with master data management and data governance.Proven ability to create and implement data policies.Experience leading data management initiatives.Proficiency with data management and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Snowflake, Collibra).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Experience with daa visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI).Work in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work / life balance across the organization.
