This group is the hub for all sponsorship and advertising programs at our events. They develop new ideas to wow our customers, and work behind the scenes to see those ideas from start to finish in the execution of these programs onsite. We’re looking for someone with an eye on a little bit of everything, sales, marketing, finance, analytics, operations, and the finest level of detail. If so, get ready for the ride!About the RoleWorking directly with the Sales Teams, the Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for maintaining digital, print, and sponsorship product inventory. They also research new sponsorship opportunities, and work with internal departments as well as external vendors to deliver products. The Sponsorship Specialist also works with the sponsorship fulfillment team, ensuring proper execution of each sponsorship sold pre-show and onsite.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping new product offerings for assigned brands with a primary focus on digital innovation and activationsReviewing and improving existing product offeringsCreating a highly collaborative environment with best practice sharing across events teamsEvaluating current market and assigned industry sector conditions to develop relevant revenue generating sponsorship opportunitiesIdentifying future market opportunities and define product vision / strategyUnderstanding customer needs and researching product requirementsEngaging closely with the Sales and Fulfillment teams to help determine the best technical implementation methodsGenerating reports and provide updates to Senior LeadershipRequirementsHave experience in business / marketing or related areaPossess a high level of computer systems comprehension, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookBe highly creative and able to assist in the development of new sponsorship productsPossess some background in experiential Marketing ExperienceBe able to travel 25% of the timeWork in a way that works for youWe promote a healthy work / life balance across the organization.
