As Relyance AI's Executive Business Partner , you will be a strategic partner to our CEO, Abhi Sharma, providing high-level support and guidance. You will be responsible for managing complex operations, driving strategic initiatives, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the organization. You will be a functional blend of a Strategic Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff.
As a Executive Business Partner, your role will include :
- Strategic Planning : Collaborating with the executive team, and the board to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Operational Excellence : Overseeing day-to-day operations and calendaring for the CEO. Help drive CEO's key initiatives and special projects to completion
- Project Management : Leading and managing cross-functional projects.
- Executive Support : Providing high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing a complex calendar, preparing presentations, conducting research, gathering data, and understanding metrics and numbers
- External Relations : Building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, media, PR, partners, and other key stakeholders.
- Team Leadership : Leading and Mentoring the other team member to elevate the Executive Operations fuction.

As such, the base salary pay range for this role is $135,000 to $175,000.
