Job Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs.
- Assist in processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Allocate, distribute, pull/pick products in proper locations.
- Package and stage materials or products for shipping.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Maintain a clean and organized counter area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the VP of Inside Sales.
Requirements:
- Must be over the age of 18 to apply.
- Excellent English written and oral communication and strong relationship-building skills.
- Detail-oriented with solid organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Basic computer skills, including use of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with a willingness to learn new software programs.
- Mechanical background and forklift certification (applicable state certification) are not necessary but are beneficial.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to frequently lift up to 70 pounds, stoop, reach above shoulder level, push, pull, walk/stand on cement flooring, and climb ladders as needed.
