REM is seeking an experienced On Site Supervisor in the Newville/Shippensburg area. An individual that has a passion and desire to help others and the ability to develop strong relationships with both clients and employees.
This position requires multi tasking, excellent organization and customer service skills, experience working in a warehouse environment, a Safety First mentality, and proficiency with MS Office applications.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to checking associates in/out, assisting with the training of associates, motivating and inspiring associates to reach goals, interacting with the client, capturing reporting, assisting with time clock punches, attending goal oriented meetings, oversee the safety and GMP requirements for temporary employees, and communicating with the local office on client needs and expectations.
