We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is in the Elizabethtown area. Reliable, experienced, and hardworking personnel looking to secure full time employment, 40 hours minimum per week, 4- 10 hour days Mon-Thurs, with potential OT on Fridays.
Hours: 6am-4pm Mon-Thurs
As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various duties to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory
- Perform inventory control activities, including cycle counts and stock replenishment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklift and electric pallet jacks
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently using RF scanners
- Load and unload trucks using proper materials handling techniques
- Utilization and ability to read tape measurements and calipers.
- Assist in the implementation of warehouse management system procedures
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor and team members to meet daily goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting preferred
- Proficient in operating powered industrial equipment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Basic mechanical knowledge for equipment troubleshooting is a plus
