- Salary- ($30K-$40K) base pay depending on experience uncapped commission with quarterly bonuses
- Shift and Schedule- Mon-Fri, some nights and weekends

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Connect with and respond to all sales leads in our system, striving to increase sales.
- Use the CRM every day to keep track of and update your pipeline of prospects and potential leads.
- Build rapport with clients, addressing their concerns and finding ways to overcome obstacles for successful sales.
- Be the main point of contact for all sellers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination between all parties.
- Organize and hold meetings, working together with clients to reach win/win solutions.
- Learn quickly about the real estate industry, the systems we use, and the technologies that drive success.
- Stay updated on local market knowledge to assist clients with any questions and help us stay ahead in the market.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with everyone involved in the process.
- Show eagerness to learn and contribute to the growth and strength of our market presence.
- Participate in business meetings and attend training sessions as needed.
- Take on other administrative tasks and special projects as they arise.

Experience (preferred or required):
- Candidates must have a high school diploma; an associate degree is preferred but not required.
- 2-4 years of proven experience in sales is required.
- Holding a real estate sales license is a bonus, and we will cover licensing costs for an ideal candidate.
- Preferred candidates will have prior call center experience in a sales role.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM is beneficial.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
