This role works closely with our Fundraising and Marketing and Communications departments to ensure donors and supporters receive exceptional service and care. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the first point of contact for internal and external fundraising inquiries. You will have the opportunity to engage with donors, process contributions, and support various fundraising activities that positively impact our community.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all fundraising-related inquiries, both internal and external
Deliver outstanding customer service by providing timely and personalized responses to donors
Collaborate with the communications and management teams to craft clear and compelling donor communications
Support planning and execution of fundraising and promotional events, including day-of logistics
Maintain accurate and updated donor records in the database and train team members on data entry best practices
Manage data entry, updates, queries, and generate reports to support campaign performance
Assist the fundraising team in prioritizing tasks and meeting critical deadlines
Stay informed on current fundraising trends and sector initiatives to enhance performance
Contribute innovative ideas and take ownership of process improvements to support team success
