Key Responsibilities:
Respond to team tasks and independently manage assigned objectives to meet campaign goals.
Serve as an internal liaison between customers and the client, ensuring effective communication.
Assist in achieving fundraising targets for ongoing campaigns.
Attend all team meetings and workshops to stay aligned with company goals and expectations.
Strive to enhance cost-effectiveness and customer service within your role.
Communicate with customers to handle inquiries and requests efficiently and professionally.
Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations and customer feedback.
Regularly report to the Managing Director on campaign progress and performance.
