Key Responsibilities:
- Event Marketing & Fundraising Execution: Implement event marketing and fundraising plans according to company standards to ensure impactful promotions and smooth event operations.
- Training & Development: Participate in comprehensive training sessions to learn about the products, services, and causes you'll be promoting.
- Product Knowledge: Assist with product presentations and provide detailed knowledge to support client campaigns.
- Engagement & Promotion: Interact with event attendees, answer questions, and actively promote featured products and services to encourage participation and donations.
- Strategy Development: Create personalized marketing strategies to boost participation and drive donations at fundraising events.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign results to optimize future marketing efforts and improve event performance.
- Administrative Support: Assist event managers and marketing teams to ensure the smooth execution of events and marketing initiatives.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- A college degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in event marketing, sales, customer service, or retail settings is a plus. (Internship or entry-level experience highly valued!)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with clients and event attendees.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills, with a keen attention to detail.
