Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to specific tasks within your team, as well as independently on occasion
- Act as the internal liaison between the customer and client
- Assist in ensuring fundraising targets are met
- Attend all meetings and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
- Strive to improve cost-effectiveness and customer service
- Liaise with customers and ensure their requests are handled efficiently
- Produce detailed and accurate reports on donations
- Provide weekly updates to the Managing Director on work progress
