Position Overview: We are seeking a Public Relations and Communications Assistant to work alongside our Marketing Manager and key accounts. This entry-level role will provide hands-on experience in executing performance-driven PR campaigns, managing customer relationships, and coordinating promotional activities to enhance client visibility and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage and execute tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Campaign Collaboration: Work with key accounts to align PR campaigns with customer promotions.
- Event Coordination: Oversee in-store service events and ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers while promoting services.
- Campaign Strategy: Assist in developing and refining PR campaign measurement strategies.
- Marketing Materials: Create promotional materials and visual merchandising for events.
- Supplier and Retail Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and event personnel.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of event traffic, production, and inventory.

Qualifications:
- Education: College degree (completed or in progress) preferred.
