Salary Range: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary/year
Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS

- Provides managerial leadership, coaching/feedback and development for direct reports and business partners.
- Ensures the effective management of activities and projects for all areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for production metrics, quality and performance for all areas of warehouse production.
- Reports and presents activities, issues and recommendations to senior management and executives.
- Ensures appropriate controls are in place for effective operations within areas of responsibility.
- Responsible for continual business process improvement ideas and plans, as well as the implementation of improvement measures.
COMPLEXITIES OF THE ROLE include the following:
- Autonomous in decision making for areas of responsibility.
- Projects and initiatives are strategic in nature and must develop practical action plans to accomplish them.
- Develops safety/quality/production metrics.
- Identifies and drives opportunities for process improvements.
- Responsible for making recommendations and presentations to senior and executive management.
- Manages both exempt and non-exempt employees.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
College degree and 2-4 years of related managerial warehouse/production experience.
