Job Description: Property Manager Assistant

In this role, you’ll help manage repair projects, coordinate with tenants, and handle essential administrative tasks to ensure smooth property operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor repair projects across properties to ensure timely completion.
- Process and respond to tenant work orders quickly and efficiently.
- Schedule property cleaning and inspections.
- Use rental software (AppFolio) to process rental applications, verify income and credit, and approve or deny prospective tenants.
- Manage email communication and handle phone inquiries.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, including accounting support.
Requirements:
- Prior office experience required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with property management software (AppFolio) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Approx. 20-25 hours per week)
