What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sprinkler Technician position at Remboldt Lawn Services?
Job Summary: The sprinkler technician will perform a range of duties such as spring startup, sprinkler system repairs, sprinkler system installs, fall blowouts and other landscaping work when needed. In the winter, this person will be on call for all snow storms to push snow.
Responsibilities:
- Spring Sprinkler System Startups
- Searching for any repairs the system might need
- Repairing sprinkler systems when necessary
- Troubleshooting any problems with a sprinkler system that the customer is having
- Fall Blowout
- Other landscaping tasks when needed
- Snow removal in the winter time. Job duties include:
- Hand shoveling snow
- Snowblowing
- Pushing snow with skid or truck
- Potential snow removal in the event of a large storm
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in landscaping and sprinkler systems preferred
- Strong knowledge of basic Sprinkler System maintenance preferred
- High attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Good stamina and physical health
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must have an active drivers license and be willing to drive our work trucks
- Must have a active and reliable cell phone
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Grounds Maintenance & Landscaping Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
