We are seeking full-time customer service representatives to be a part of our team. This position will be located out of our Mechanicsburg, PA office. This position will be responsible for handling all incoming customer calls, entering service requests into our software system, purchasing, dispatching and miscellaneous administrative duties. - Holidays are required - paid at double time

- Available shifts will include overnight and weekends
- Training is day shift, Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm, 4-6 weeks

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 years of customer service/retail experience required
- High School diploma or GED required
- Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Excellent data entry skills required
- Good organizational skills
- Effective multitasking skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
- Sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to maintain strong & frequent communication with customers and internal team
- Ability to work in an open-air office setting
