What To Expect:
- Will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing part for Remco's customer base to ensure their equipment is running at optimal efficiency.
- Responsibilities will include, but not limited to: vendor quoting, ordering, ETA requests and quote follow-ups.
- Will resolve invoice discrepancies when they arise.
- Will participate in generating and maintaining reports as well as participating in meetings.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years of purchasing related experience required
· Knowledge of the mechanical contracting field preferred
- Ability to maintain strong & frequent communication with all levels of the company both written and orally via phone and/or email.
- Must have high level of organizational skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have strong computer skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt to operational changes.
