This role requires 1st shift training for 5-6 weeks. What you will do : As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework / DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for : Efficient order entry and follow-upTroubleshooting prescription / patient data entry discrepanciesEnsuring accurate and timely prescription / patient information inputCollaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goalsProviding exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholdersWhat you will bring : High School graduate or equivalentCurrent national / state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registrationStrong computer skillsThorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledgeMath and analytical skills, with a focus on calculationsMinimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferredFramework experience is preferredJoin our team dedicated to delivering life-saving medications to thousands of residents every day.
