If you are a Pharmacy Technician who is looking for something other than retail, and wants likes to provide great customer service, this unique position is for you! You will replenish and enter billing information on our Automated Dispensing Cabinets.
You don't need to have billing or ADC experience. If you are a registered Pharmacy Technician with at least 1 year of experience, we will train you!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1st or 2nd shift (Shift differential offered for 2nd shift )

- Prepare and ship medications for on-site dispensing systems based on schedules and reports.
- Partner with field technicians to ensure timely medication delivery and accurate off-site formulary management.
- Serve as the liaison between customer facilities and the pharmacy, addressing any system-related concerns with professionalism.
- Replenish interim system boxes and prepare for shipping.
- Manage billing for interim items, including controls, IVs, and off-site store products.
- Handle system updates, changes, and communication with remote support staff.
- Pull medications for all assigned implementations and ensure accurate documentation for medications in transit.
- Contribute to special projects that help ensure seamless pharmacy operations.
- Must be registered by the Michigan State Board of Pharmacy and license must be in good standing.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician.
- Strong computer skills is desired and necessary to be successful in this role.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written, English proficiency required).
- A customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Self-managed, proactive work style with the ability to excel in team environments.
- Ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
