RemediSeniorCareis seeking a dynamicOrder Entry Pharmacy Technicianto join our team and make a difference in the lives of residents in long-term care facilities.
Location:On site at our closed-door pharmacy (14700 Helm Ct, Plymouth, MI 48170)
Salary range: $18-$20/hour plus shift differential
Schedule: 3rdshift: 9pm - 5:30am (hours on Sundays are 7pm - 3:30am)
Monday - Friday, rotating holidays and weekends

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with RemediSeniorCare, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Additionally, you'll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.
Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:
- Efficient order entry and follow-up
- Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Must work with urgency and timeliness
- High school diploma or GED required
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician or Trainee with the State Board of Pharmacyrequired
- Order entry experience
- Strong computer skills
- Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
- Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
- Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred but not required
