We are seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Remedi SeniorCare.
The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills, a thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge, and math and analytical skills with a focus on calculations.
As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician, you will play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations, swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework/DocuTrack pharmacy system.
You will also communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.
Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for:
- Efficient order entry and follow-up
- Troubleshooting prescription/patient data entry discrepancies
- Ensuring accurate and timely prescription/patient information input
- Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
- Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
