What you will do :
As the Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding our automated pharmacy delivery operations, ensuring smooth operations and top-notch service delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct oversight and leadership to our packaging / dispensing, bulk fulfillment, staging, and delivery teams.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure packaging activities meet operational needs.
- Coordinate packaging, dispensing, and staging activities efficiently.
- Meet delivery deadlines through effective coordination.
- Assist in the hiring process to build a skilled and dedicated team.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed.
- Collaborate with management to implement process improvements and best practices.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.
