Job Summary
We are seeking highly skilled Construction Laborers to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor onsite for various projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Observe and comply with all company and site-specific safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and contribute to improvements or changes to the Job Safety Analysis Plan (JSAP).
- Clean, remove, and prepare materials to eliminate potential hazards.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate machinery alignment, movement, and adjustment.
- Measure, mark, and record openings and distances for layout areas.
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA guidelines.
- Communicate professionally with colleagues through visual or radio contact.
- Perform manual tasks, including lifting, positioning, and securing materials during installation.
Requirements:
- Able to travel over extended periods as required.
- Must be able to operate construction tools by hand.
- Able to perform duties while using different levels of PPE and respiratory equipment, when necessary.
- Able to work in various outdoor weather conditions.
- Ability to read, write, and understand math and English to respond to customer requests and follow instructions.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work in confined spaces, at heights, and around heavy equipment.
