We are seeking a dynamic and experienced LPC or LICSW in Dothan, Alabama to provide behavioral health management services in assisted living, skilled nursing, and memory care facilities. The Therapist will work closely with the psychiatrist and nurse practitioner in the facilities providing the following services to our clients.
Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated LICSW or LPC to join our facilities team in Dothan, AL. The ideal candidate will provide essential mental health services to individuals in need, focusing on patient care and therapy.
Duties
- Perform initial assessments, and intakes and prepare documentation
- Assist in formulating a treatment plan designed specifically to the needs of our clients
- Document progress of client as outlined in the treatment plan
- Work closely with facility staff regarding client's needs providing mental health consultation
- Provide crisis intervention as needed
- Conduct follow-up with clients
- Ensure all services are provided as indicated on the treatment plan
