Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will support our Executive team by managing administrative tasks with efficiency and precision. Must be able to work in a somewhat fast paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and phone support for the executive team
- Upload and organize documents
- Run Errands
- Send emails, make calls as directed
- Manage travel arrangements per directive
- Handle document printing, scanning, mailing, and faxing
Requirements:
- Proficient with PC and Microsoft Office, Teams and Excel required
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
- Self-directed and able to handle tasks under tight deadlines
