Front Desk Coordinator – Remedy Health & Wellness (Full-Time)
Location: Richland, WA
Pay: $18–$22/hr (depending on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

The Role:
We’re looking for a capable, personable, and highly organized Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of Remedy. You’ll be the first point of contact for patients—whether they’re walking in, calling, or connecting online—and your role is critical in creating a welcoming, efficient, and professional environment. In our clinic, we believe in treating every person who calls or walks through our doors like family and providing unreasonable hospitality. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting and is passionate about helping others.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a welcoming attitude * Schedule and manage appointments across multiple providers * Handle phone calls, emails, and messages via our digital platforms * Collect payments for membership fees and services provided * Maintain a clean and organized front office and waiting area * Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations * Support onboarding of new members and help explain services * Assist with patient forms, basic medical records, and data entry * Handle occasional administrative projects or supply orders
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2 years experience in a front office or customer service role (medical or wellness setting preferred) * Strong organizational and multitasking skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities * Comfortable with scheduling software, email systems, and basic tech tools * Friendly, reliable, and calm under pressure * Bilingual is a plus * Passionate about health, wellness, and supporting a team on a mission
