Position Overview :
The Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) provides compassionate and skilled nursing care to clients as prescribed by their Physician, under the guidance and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN). This role is performed in accordance with the State LPN / LVN Practice Act, applicable licensure requirements, and the policies and procedures of Remedy Home Health Care.
