As an Occupational Therapist (O.T.) with Remedy Home Health, you'll work with patients to help them regain independence, improve daily living skills, and get back to doing what they love! You'll design therapy plans, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and adjust care as needed, all while keeping your patients' goals at the heart of everything you do.

• Design Customized Therapy Plans: You'll create and implement therapy plans based on your patient's needs, helping them reach their full potential.
• Teamwork Makes the Dream Work: Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, top-quality patient care.
• Track and Adjust Progress: Monitor your patients' progress and make adjustments to their therapy plan to ensure the best outcomes.
• Keep Things Organized: Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, so everyone stays on the same page.
• Follow State & Professional Guidelines: Uphold agency policies and ensure all services meet state and regulatory standards.

• Education: A graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school, recognized by the AMA and the American Association of Occupational Therapists.
• Credentials: Registered with the Occupational Therapist Association and licensed to practice in the state (where applicable).
• Experience: At least one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist. Bonus points if you have experience in home health care!
