Responsibilities:
">- Lead shipping and receiving teams, coordinating daily activities and resolving issues as needed
- Oversee returns process, accurately disposing of defective or damaged items
- Collaborate with Facilities Supervisor on infrastructure development and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow and productivity
- Mentor and train new team members, promoting a positive work environment
Requirements:
">- HS Diploma/GED required
- Minimum 5 years warehouse experience, 3 in a leadership role
- Flexible schedule, willingness to work Sundays and holidays during peak season
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Netsuite and RF Scanning a plus
