Remedy Staffing is Hiring for a Direct Hire Account Manager in West Des Moines, IA!
Pay : $39,000-43,000 / year (DOE) commission and full benefits
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8a-5pm
Job Duties :
- Creating new business opportunities by developing relationships with key decision makers
- Prospecting and qualifying new target accounts in your assigned territory
- Scheduling appointments with prospects and clients
- Organizing day-to-day sales activity, optimizing productivity
- Successfully negotiating contract terms with new clients
- Maintain proper documentation of all required client files
- Meet daily, weekly, quarterly and years sales activity goals
- Manage a full sales cycle process
- Collaborate with internal service team
