This is a position for an experienced spray finisher / painter only. We are looking for a confident individual who is ready to hit the floor running with no additional training required.

Job Title : Sheet Metal Wet Painter (Direct Hire)
Job Type : Full Time / Permanent / Direct Hire
Location : Rochester, NY
Pay : $22-28 / hour DOE

Essential job duties for this role will include :
- Set Up and maintain paint operating systems, portable spray system, air compressor, and associated appliances. Ability to work in a team environment.
- Produce high quality painting of all products with a baked and air dry enamel or equivalent paint products.
- Handle all hazardous materials as prescribed by law and by manufacturers’ instructions.
- Maintain attention to detail and exceptional quality control.
- Work from drawings, specifications, worksheets, color codes, mixing, charts, tables, verbal and written instructions / information.
- Assist in evaluating new finishing materials and procedures as required.
- Adhere to QMS requirements
- Establish Detailed Guidelines for Quality Standards
- Audit Internal Systems in Accordance with ISO requirements
