Remedy Staffing is Hiring for an Experienced RN Nurse Practitioner or BCBA for a Client in Urbandale, IA!
Our client is looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or a Nurse Psychiatrist. This is a direct hire opportunity for a local company.
Starting Pay : $80,000 - $90,000 Full Benefits
Hours : 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm (Monday-Friday), some additional hours as needed.
Duties :
- Conducts intake assessments for residents; gather documents and evaluation information to build a files and service plan.
- Build care plans based on assessments for new referrals and existing members.
- Manage case load and meet mandatory meeting requirements for members for group home and host home environments.
- Train staff on behavioral management (de-escalation plans) and manage conflicts between staff and patients.
