Job Title: Tool & Die Maker
Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire
Location: Sanborn, NY
Hours: 1st Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
Salary:$20-30/hour

The Tool & Die Maker will be responsible for the following:
- Assemble custom built machinery, equipment, assemblies, subassemblies, etc.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies, per customer order.
- Check work order and blueprint to determine required assembly and any special options.
- Test and debug of customers designed tooling and equipment.
- Fits and assembles fixtures, tools and dies.
- Sets up, runs off and tests dies to produce a product to specification, tracing die difficulties to their source and correcting same.
- Build, repair and install all types, sizes, and shapes of fixtures, machinery, tools and dies.
- Test and debug of customers designed tooling and equipment.
- Determines specifications for inspection of work, using precision measuring and gauging tools, performing required inspection before, during and after machine install.
We're looking for Tool & Die Makers who possess the following background:
- 2 years of experience in similar role
- Strong working knowledge with work holding, cutting tools, grinding wheels and shop supplies.
- Ability to comprehensively read and interpret engineering drawings and related documentation.
