Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Leasing Associate to assist our Southwest team with a portfolio of medical office buildings located throughout the southwest United States.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with management of leasing activities across the region
- Interface with existing tenants regularly and assist with lease renewals, prospecting tenants, marketing vacancies, etc.
- Manage third party landlord brokers for marketing of properties in locations where Remedy does not have a leasing presence
- Monitor market leasing conditions and investment activity in the region
- Assess new markets where investments are being considered; tour markets; compile market data of competitive property sets; investigate new tenants; interview tenants in due diligence process
- Meet with physician groups and healthcare systems within the region to market the Remedy platform, specifically to promote our assets and inquire about additional investment and development opportunities
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/education required
- Minimum of two years leasing experience required; healthcare real estate experience preferred
- Leasing, tenant representation, landlord representation, and/or investment experience (or some combination thereof) required
- Active Real Estate Salesperson License required
- Must possess excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, financial, analytical, time management, qualitative and quantitative skills
- Self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, establish workflow priorities and work independently with high attention to detail
- Prior employment history demonstrating the ability to work in a fast-paced, high workload environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities and the ability to produce accurate results in a highly-organized manner
- Ability to start, cultivate and maintain strong tenant relations
- Proficiency in Microsoft based software, particularly Excel
- Occasional travel within southwest region will be required
