As the Lead of Facilities Maintenance, you will play a pivotal leadership role in ensuring the seamless operation, cleanliness, and aesthetic upkeep of the club while supporting and guiding the Facilities Maintenance team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will oversee daily operations, train and mentor team members, and maintain high standards that embody Remedy Place's luxury wellness ethos.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary responsibilities include maintaining the club's cleanliness, resetting spaces between services, and ensuring all areas meet Remedy Place's luxury standards :
Leadership Team Management
- Lead and support the Facilities Maintenance team by providing direction, mentorship, and hands-on assistance when needed.
- Train and onboard new Facilities Maintenance members to uphold Remedy Place's service and housekeeping standards.
- Oversee the Facilities Maintenance schedule, coordinating coverage when necessary to ensure operational efficiency.
- Monitor and manage staff performance, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to protocols.
- Ensure all team members are informed about daily schedules, updates, announcements, and company reminders.
Operations Oversight
Facility Maintenance Housekeeping
Cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and trash removal.
Process Improvement
