Essential Responsibilities
Guest Experience Concierge Leadership:
- Set the tone for exceptional hospitality by modeling warmth, professionalism, and personalized service.
- Guide members and guests through the Remedy journey, offering tailored recommendations for services, memberships, retail, and F&B that enhance their experience.
- Lead club tours, showcasing the unique value of our offerings and inspiring guests to fully engage with Remedy Place.
- Serve as the decision-maker when Management or the Lead Wellness Guide is unavailable, handling scheduling adjustments, payment concerns, VIP requests, or operational challenges with confidence.
- Ensure the floor team is fully informed on the day’s schedule, priorities, and updates to provide a seamless guest experience.
- Oversee team member breaks and lunches, ensuring uninterrupted guest flow and operational coverage.
- Assist in coaching and onboarding new team members, reinforcing Remedy Place standards and best practices.
- Regularly monitor the club environment, ensuring all spaces maintain the highest level of cleanliness, organization, and functionality.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Remedy Education, including the science and benefits of our holistic self-care services, to effectively guide guests in making informed decisions.
- Participate in Remedy Continued Education courses to stay current on services, trends, and operational enhancements.
- Act as a go-to resource for the team, providing expertise on Remedy services, memberships, and operational standards.
- Coordinate with group experience instructors to set up and break down classes, ensuring smooth execution.
- Provide support during in-club events, workshops, and social gatherings, ensuring all guests have an unforgettable experience.
- Assist in hosting VIP guests and coordinating specialized bookings with attention to detail and discretion.
- Complete all daily operational checklists, supporting the smooth function of the club.
- Manage incoming deliveries, inventory tracking, and restocking, ensuring all areas are well-prepared.
- Troubleshoot issues proactively, including scheduling conflicts, guest concerns, or equipment maintenance.
- Take initiative to identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and overall club success.
- Proven track record of exemplary performance in hospitality or wellness-focused roles.
- Deep understanding of Remedy Place’s services, values, and operations, with a passion for wellness.
- Solution-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to support team development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment while demonstrating individual initiative.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Must be able to walk or stand throughout the shift.
- Comfortable using technology, including laptops and phones, as part of daily responsibilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist with service setups or operational needs.
- Flexibility to bend, kneel, and squat as needed to support guest and operational demands.
