A small skilled nursing facility located in Jasonville, IN is searching for a full time and permanent Director of Nursing to join their team. This facility is part of a larger health network with excellent support offered from the Administrator, who has been here for many years, and the regional team. The current DON is looking to retire and there is a great team already in place.
Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing, RN:
- Monitoring nursing staff including hiring, training and disciplinary action while maintaining patient care
- Ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards
