Director of Rehabilitation

A retirement community located in Mountain Home, AR is searching for a full time and permanent Director of Rehabilitation to join their team. This facility has recently been made part of a larger health network with excellent support offered from the Corporate Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities of the Director of Rehabilitation:
- Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department
- Develop and implement therapy programs
- Manage Therapy staff and ensure high quality patient care
