A financially stable and lucrative hospital system is looking to add to their leadership team to add a Third Assistant Nurse Manager for the Operating Room Department.
The hospital has 11 OR rooms, with a large supportive leadership team put in place.

Details--
Leadership: Nurse Director employed for 14yrs, OR Nurse manager for past 4yrs. there are three other Assistant Nurse Managers. All work together as a cohesive team
Culture: C suite leadership has created a culture that is transparent, accessible, and collaborative. The Chief Nursing officer rounds on night shift along with other Sr Nurse Leadership.
Dept: 11 OR rooms; Ranked excellent for nurse staffing! Only a couple OR positions available.
Scope of Responsibilities: Work with the schedule of the OR rooms, relieve lunch breaks, involved with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. In charge of quality projects.

Medical Benefits and Salary—

Requirements—
- Must have experience as an operating room nurse for at least 2 years
- Must have leadership experience in the OR
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- BSN degree required
