A financially stable and lucrative hospital system current Nurse Director is retiring. The hospital has 14 Operating rooms, with a large supportive leadership team established. Surgical procedures consist of General, ENT, Plastics, Neurology, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Urology, GYN, Vascular, and Open Hearts.

- Nurse Director of Surgical Services is retiring at the end of the year. She was in the health system for over 20 years!

- Director has support from an Operating Room Nurse Manager tenure for 4yrs.
- Team: 4 Assistant Nurse Managers (one ANM evenings and one ANM night shift), Team leads for each speciality and a Nurse Educator for perioperative services.

Requirements---
- Registered Nurse that has a Valid nursing license.
- Recent Experience in Operating Room for at least 3 years.
- Leadership experience for 2yrs or more as Nurse manager or Director role in Perioperative Services.
- Required Masters Degree in Nursing or close to achieving Masters Degree.
