A local community hospital is looking for a Nurse Manager, Cardiac Progressive Care Unit ( PCU ). Overseeing 36 Beds, includes 12 PCU beds in the unit. This position became available from a recent promotion of the Nurse manager into the Director role.

- Position is open because they promoted Nurse Manager into Director Cardiac PCU.
- Reports to a Director of the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit ( PCU ) that is approachable and recognizes outstanding care and service with her employees.
- Assistant Nurse Manager supports this Nurse manager. Assistant nurse manager is working on bed flow, scheduling, customer service for employees and patients, problem solving.
- Nurse Manager focuses on quality initiatives along with collaborating with the Director on budget, evaluations, and any pressing issues that come up.
- Department has no drama with staff! Created a wonderful culture. Along with leadership team, they are respectful and welcoming.
- Ideal candidate would be someone that has some leadership experience or quality improvement experience in CRITICAL CARE, CARDIAC, STEP DOWN or PCU for at least 3yr s.
