Remerica United Realty is looking for an organized, full-time Administrative Assistant / Transaction Coordinator to join our real estate sales team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of seller / buyer transactions, preparing listing information, obtaining necessary signatures for listing agreements, and managing the MLS listings along with social media postings. In addition, you’ll coordinate closings for our listings and buyers and everything task involved.

Compensation :
40,000 - $45,000 yearly
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate listings from listing appointment to contract to purchase
- Coordinate closings from contract to close for both listings and buyers
- Create and manage new construction work orders and change orders
- Ensure file compliance for the office broker by sending completed listing agreements, sellers’ disclosures, and other documents
- Knowledge of CRMs, and the ability to learn CRM on your own
- Assist the Broker with recruiting campaigns
- Assist the Broker with office training on systems
- Create and maintain drip campaigns
- Marketing to past and future clients
- This person would be the brokers' right-hand person!
