Remi Vista's Supported Living Services program is looking for Personal Attendants to provide direct support services by assisting adults with developmental disabilities. They assist the client in the individual's home or apartment and out in the community, helping with a variety of duties which will enhance the individual's life and well-being. This position is similar to caregiving but with an emphasis on increasing independence in the long term as a direct support professional (DSP).
Day to day responsibilities:
Grocery shopping, meal prep, and planning, doctor appointments, household chores, medication assistance, support appropriate behavior, encourage healthy choices, caregiving, setting healthy boundaries, running errands, accessing the community, recreation, budgeting, advocating

Qualifications:
- At least one year experience preferred
- Good driving record
- Must pass background check
- Must to pass physical, TB test, and drug screen
- Reliable transportation
- Valid drivers license
