Job Summary:
Assists the Director of Career Services in coordinating job placement services and activities for students and graduates.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adheres to all Company policies and procedures, and operates within state and federal statutes and regulations and within standards of accreditation at all times.
- Assists graduates with job placement.
- Participates in student orientation sessions as assigned.
- Assists with the arrangement/promotion of career fairs and similar events or activities.
- Assists students with résumé and cover letter preparation and with interviewing techniques as requested.
- Inputs graduate employment information and data into CampusVue, and is primarily responsible for keeping that information current and for the integrity of the data.
- Teaches courses as assigned.
- Performs other duties or special projects as assigned.
- Maintains professional and effective working relationships with all other Campus personnel.
- Conducts his or her professional and personal life in a fashion that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and the Company.
- Performs the job on site when required. Remote work is appropriate when onsite work is not required. Subject to change if superseded by Human Resource policy regarding remote work and in the field.
Job Requirements
Education:
- An associate’s degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
- As determined to be acceptable on a case-by-case basis.
