What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Remington Hospitality?
- Greet and communicate cordially with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
- Promptly, accurately and efficiently post charges
- Have complete working knowledge of Front Office computer system (ONQ is a plus)
- Manage credit card handling from guests for payment of hotel charges
- Have working knowledge of and review reservations with special requests
- Have working knowledge of blocking rooms
- Have knowledge of hotel property, hotel staff, and hotel services including hours of operations
- Have working knowledge of telephone operations-calls should be answered in 3 rings
- Perform other duties as assigned, especially related to assisting guests arriving and departing the hotel
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 39 per week
