- Responsible for enhancing the hotels’ use of on- and off-line marketing channels to improve market share and drive revenue performance for all hotels and outlets within assigned portfolio of hotels.
- Responsible for brand strategy and stewardship; omni-channel marketing strategy and execution; oversight of the hotels’ experiential storytelling; email marketing strategy and execution.
- Public relations, social media, and reputation management strategies; property promotions, programming and activations as well as on-property marketing pull-through.
- Position hotels as leaders in competitive markets.
- Align strategic marketing KPIs.
- Structure strategic marketing plans to effectively deliver relevant and engaging messaging to an ideal targeted customer profile to drive commercial metrics.
- Analyze marketing performance to make data-driven recommendations on budgets and strategic and tactical executions.
- Ensure development and pull-through of hotels’ brand strategy across all consumer touch points.
- Collaborate with hotel General Managers, Directors of Sales & Marketing, Commercial Strategy partners, and above-property leadership to deliver on-strategy marketing programs.
Qualifications :
This in-market role will support both hotels located in Key West, Florida – Pier House Resort & Spa and La Concha Key West. The Marketing & Digital Strategy Manager owns the marketing roadmap for the hotels and oversees its execution. It is responsible for the development, management, and execution of marketing and branding initiatives including reporting, analytics, advertising, marketing plans, collateral, videography and photography, and market research that maximizes exposure to achieve budget, increase revenues and meet market share targets.
