What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Supervisor position at Remington Lodging & Hospitality?
What you will be doing
- Have complete understanding of Front Office staff's roles and duties and be able to perform duties at any given time.
- Accurately manage and operate the property management system at the front office, including all daily transactions and those which are not performed often.
- Accurately check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
- Communicate with the Sales and Catering Departments regarding guest rooms, special requests and rooming lists.
- Work to ensure all aspects of Guest reservations are accurate, complete, and timely.
