As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Create unique cocktail recipes that enhance the dining experience.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations based on their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly while ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate beverage pairings with menu items for special events or banquets.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance skills and offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology within the food industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of fine dining practices and banquet service is a plus.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques is advantageous but not required.
- Strong understanding of food safety protocols to ensure the highest quality of service.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
